The folks at Arkane Studios and Bethesda Softworks are finally ready to announce a release date for Dishonored 2, the sequel to the critical acclaimed first-person stealth/action game from 2012. The title was announced at E3 last year with a CGI trailer, but so far Bethesda has been very tight-lipped about it. The press release promises a full gameplay reveal on Bethesda's E3 conference in June, however, and the fact that the title is this month's cover story for GameInformer means we should get more info soon:

Speaking of more info, we now know the kind of talent Bethesda is tapping for the game's VA cast, thanks to a GameInformer reveal. A lot of current TV actors seem to be involved, but I'd wager our readership is more excited at the idea of Stephen Russell (who voiced Garrett in all Thief titles minus the critically and commercially unsuccessful Thief from Eidos Montreal) voicing Corvo. A couple of particularly important characters most people who have played the original will already be aware of:
Robin Lord Taylor
Character: The Outsider
Best Known For: Gotham (Oswald Cobblepot), Accepted (Abernathy Darwin Dunlap), Another Earth (Robert Williams)
Stephen Russell
Character: Corvo Attano
Best Known For: Thief (Garrett), Fallout 4 (Nick Valentine/Codsworth), The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim (Prince Clavicus Vile/Mercer Frey)
Erica Luttrell
Character: Emily Kaldwin
Best Known For: The Magic School Bus (Keesha Franklin), Fallout 4 (Darla)
