Originally the new GB was going to look a lot like EIP. But then the new owners decided that they liked the nevbars from this site, or at least the left navbar -- which is great, except it's led to some technical issues that have ended up putting the transfers on hold for a bit. So in the meantime I'm back working on Baldur's Gate 3, but hopefully we'll return to transferring GB pages soon.In summary: still nothing imminent.

How's the new site coming along?

The EIP site should have a Disqus log in for comments, or at least not ask for email address, or no one will comment.

I see these people saying “I put well over 100 hours in this game, it’s great!” that’s nothing, most of us can easily put 300+ hours in all our games. I've been on the transfer team for a while now, but I'm easily distracted. For example, I'm transferring the early Fallout games right now, but our walkthroughs for them were a little bit skimpy. I hate incomplete walkthroughs, so I've been expanding them as I go along, which has slowed my transfer rate.So while nothing is imminent, hopefully the new web site will be better and faster and easier to navigate whenever it does debut. Just hopefully this thread won't be in its terrible twos when that happens.
