After prying open the rotten box at the end of the Broken Vows quest, you'll find Lucien's fourth set of orders. Your next task is to track down an Argonian hunter named Shaleez. She's holed up in the Flooded Mine and is a psychopath to boot, so Lucien urges you to use caution.

The Flooded Mine is just north of Bravil, and you'll find that it's exactly that - a flooded mine. Swim through the underwater caves until you come across a small encampment that Shaleez calls home. The hunter is armed with a Longsword of Shocking, so try to stay out of melee range as much as possible. As soon as she falls, you'll receive another journal update directing you to the coffin just outside the ruins of Fort Redman.

Fort Redman is north of Leyawiin, on the east side of The Lower Niben river. Walk up to the entrance, where you'll find the coffin Lucien mentioned leaning against the wall beside it. Inside is another 500 Gold, your fifth set of orders, and a book called Alval Uvani's Schedule. These items will move you on to the A Matter of Honor quest.
