This quest represents a turning point in your time with the Dark Brotherhood. It seems that Vicente Valtieri no longer has any contracts for you and will be passing you along to Ocheeva for further work. However, before you leave Vicente, he will extend an offer to pass the "dark gift" of vampirism down to you. This will initiate the Darkness Eternal quest.

When you speak to Ocheeva, she'll tell you that she already has a contract lined up for you. Refer to the The Lonely Wanderer quest for more information.
