Skills and Perks: Alteration
The School of Alteration involves the manipulation of the physical world and its natural properties. This skill makes it easier to cast spells like Waterbreathing, magical protection, and Paralysis.
Note: In addition to the skill point requirement, all perks require the perk that's connected to it previously in the constellation. In the case of multiple branches below the perk, only one connected perk is required.
