The Witcher Advancement Table
While The Witcher doesn't technically have a level cap, advancing past level 50 no longer grants Geralt any new titles or talents. You'll be very hard-pressed to ever reach level 50, anyway, unless you're willing to do a lot of extra running around in search of creatures above and beyond what the game requires you to fight. Even then, 1.275 million experience points is a hefty sum to accumulate.
In addition to talents, Geralt also gains more Vitality and Endurance as he levels up. He'll always start with 250 Vitality and 25 Endurance, but you can easily triple these numbers if you gain enough levels and assign the appropriate enhancements to Geralt's ability trees.
