1 - Chimera
You'll run into a chimera here. The chimera uses melee and fire breath attacks. The only real trick to the battle is that when the chimera sets up to breathe fire, it won't move, so as long as you recognize the signs and move away, you should be able to avoid the damage.
2 - Feiyan
You'll find Feiyan lying on the floor here, wounded. She'll tell you that the Telkine now has the Sickle of Kronos and that it cut its way through the wall to the east (Exit G). She'll then ask you to follow the Telkine and to stop it from whatever diabolical act it has planned.
Talking to Feiyan will complete the main quest "The Sickle of Kronos" and net you 15,000 experience points, a random relic shard, and a third inventory bag. It will also trigger the next main quest "Hunt for the Sickle."
