With 20 missions of variable length, the lack of multiplayer could limit replayability. Realmforge will need to make every mission count. The bosses at the end of every level have different styles, and there are three different tilesets -- hell, sunken temple and catacombs -- each with distinct monsters and prestige goodies.
Realmforge had classic RPGs in mind, and wants to encourage the player to make the sort of dungeon you might find in World of Warcraft or Diablo. Every player will have their own style, and there are lots of ways to raise your prestige. The developers hope players like the dungeon creation game enough to make their own dungeons outside of the game itself. Dungeons will ship with a map editor so you can play with each tileset, and see if it is enough to extend the gameplay.
