To help promote his new "Man on a Mission" documentary (which debuted in theaters and through pay-per-view channels today), Game Informer hosted a forty-minute interview with veteran RPG designer Richard Garriott during their 95th podcast episode about his 2008 trip to outer space, the two "crushing" failures he had to experience before finally making it there, the extent of his wealth he had to spend in order to achieve the life-long goal, the plans he and id Software's John Carmack have to get the general public into space, and more.

Sure, it's not until about the 35-minute mark that they actually talk about video games, but it's still fascinating to hear about Richard's space experience and what he's doing to help bring space flight to the rest of us sometime in the future.
