		Explosive Shot
		A ranged attack that deals damage in a small area around the target it hits.

Skill Ranks:

Deals 70% of ranged weapon damage in a 1.5 meter radius around target (8 mana)
Deals 76% of ranged weapon damage in a 1.5 meter radius around target (10 mana)
Deals 81% of ranged weapon damage in a 1.5 meter radius around target (11 mana)
Deals 86% of ranged weapon damage in a 1.5 meter radius around target (13 mana)
Deals 90% of ranged weapon damage in a 1.5 meter radius around target (14 mana)
Deals 94% of ranged weapon damage in a 1.5 meter radius around target (16 mana)
Deals 97% of ranged weapon damage in a 1.5 meter radius around target (18 mana)
Deals 100% of ranged weapon damage in a 1.5 meter radius around target (19 mana)

Skill Bonus:

Phosphorus Tipped Rounds: Adds 15% fire damage. Requires Rank 5.

Skill Powerups:

	Shrapnel: The explosion is 1 meter larger.
	High Explosive: The explosion becomes more ferocious, causing 50% more damage.
	Hex Round: The explosion steals mana from the target, equal to 20% of the damage dealt.
