Old-school RPGs have been making a comeback over the last few years, and there are few more old-school than Cinemax's long-in-development Inquisitor, an isometric action-RPG featuring a mix of dungeon crawling and dialogue investigations, not to mention traditional 90s-era pre-rendered graphics. Taking place in a fantasy world inspired by 12th-century Europe, Inquisitor was originally released in 2009 by its original Czech developers, before being adopted for a lengthy 3-year translation effort by publisher Cinemax. Now, it's finally available for purchase at GOG.com for $14.99 USD.
We'll have our review of Inquisitor following our completion of its 100+ hour quest, hopefully within the next week.
