Fable II was released to the masses one year ago today, so it's obviously cause for celebration over at Lionhead Studios, right? Sure, but only if you consider a 32-second "toilet joke" trailer on YouTube as a means of celebration.

Or as community rep Sam Van Tilburgh describes it, it's "a typically British poo joke".
