Special Encounter: A Tin Woodsman |

You'll come across a man wearing Advanced Power Armor in this encounter. His armor has apparently jammed up and he can no longer move. Grab the Oil Can lying on the ground in front of him and use it on him to grant him freedom once again. This will earn you some Micro Fusion Cell ammunition. Of course, you can always kill him, but you won't be able to loot anything off his corpse so it's pretty much pointless.
