Special Encounter: The Unwashed Villagers Hunting a Spammer |

This encounter is actually based around real members of Interplay's original Fallout forums. The Unwashed Villagers were a group of people that patrolled the board for spammers and, to show their thanks, Black Isle Studios incorporated them into this special encounter. The encounter shows the Unwashed Villagers striking down an infamous spammer while he yells out strange recommendations for the game.
If you want, you can simply kill the entire group. Each of the ruffians carries a 10mm Pistol and plenty of ammo, so it might be worth the effort.
