Anger
A hero's Rage increases when his troops exchange strikes.
Prerequisites: Warrior Class
Level 1 Requirements: 3 Might Runes

Level 1 Stats: Rage gain increased by +25%.
Level 2 Requirements: 5 Might Runes

Level 2 Stats: Rage gain increased by +50%.
Level 3 Requirements: 7 Might Runes

Level 3 Stats: Rage gain increased by +100%.


Bowmen Commander
This skill decreases the Leadership requirements when the hero is hiring archers, be they elves, humans, or the undead.
Prerequisites: Combat Readiness (1)
Level 1 Requirements: 3 Might Runes

Level 1 Stats: Leadership requirements reduced by 10%.
Level 2 Requirements: 4 Might Runes, 1 Mind Rune

Level 2 Stats: Leadership requirements reduced by 15%.
Level 3 Requirements: 5 Might Runes, 2 Mind Runes

Level 3 Stats: Leadership requirements reduced by 20%.


Combat Readiness
All troops in the hero's army receive less damage from Physical Attacks during the first round.
Prerequisites: Training (1)
Level 1 Requirements: 2 Might Runes, 2 Mind Runes

Level 1 Stats: Incoming damage reduced by 10%.
Level 2 Requirements: 3 Might Runes, 2 Mind Runes

Level 2 Stats: Incoming damage reduced by 15%.
Level 3 Requirements: 4 Might Runes, 2 Mind Runes

Level 3 Stats: Incoming damage reduced by 20%.


Dark Commander
Under the banner of the Dark Commander, creatures of the undead fight more effectively, receiving bonuses to both Attack and Initiative.
Prerequisites: Nighttime Operations (1)
Level 1 Requirements: 3 Might Runes, 1 Mind Rune, 1 Magic Rune

Level 1 Stats: Attack +3
Level 2 Requirements: 4 Might Runes, 2 Mind Runes, 2 Magic Runes

Level 2 Stats: Attack +5, Initiative +1
Level 3 Requirements: 5 Might Runes, 3 Mind Runes, 3 Magic Runes

Level 3 Stats: Attack +7, Initiative +2


Frenzy
During combat, the hero's troops become frenzied and receive an increasing Attack bonus.
Prerequisites: Combat Readiness (1), Rage Control (1)
Level 1 Requirements: 4 Might Runes, 1 Mind Rune

Level 1 Stats: Attack +2
Level 2 Requirements: 6 Might Runes, 2 Mind Runes

Level 2 Stats: Attack +4
Level 3 Requirements: 8 Might Runes, 3 Mind Runes

Level 3 Stats: Attack +6


Iron Fist
This skill decreases the Leadership requirements when the hero is hiring Swordsmen, Guardsmen, Knights and Horsemen.
Prerequisites: Warrior Class, Tactics (1)
Level 1 Requirements: 3 Might Runes

Level 1 Stats: Leadership requirements reduced by 10%.
Level 2 Requirements: 4 Might Runes, 1 Mind Rune

Level 2 Stats: Leadership requirements reduced by 15%.
Level 3 Requirements: 5 Might Runes, 2 Mind Runes

Level 3 Stats: Leadership requirements reduced by 20%.


Master of Spirits
Increases the experience received by Spirits of Rage during combat.
Prerequisites: Rage Control (1)
Level 1 Requirements: 4 Might Runes, 1 Mind Rune

Level 1 Stats: Experience gains increased by 10%.
Level 2 Requirements: 5 Might Runes, 1 Mind Rune

Level 2 Stats: Experience gains increased by 20%.
Level 3 Requirements: 6 Might Runes, 1 Mind Rune

Level 3 Stats: Experience gains increased by 30%.


Nighttime Operations
All troops in the hero's army receive an Attack bonus and Defense bonus during nighttime combat.
Prerequisites: Frenzy (1)
Level 1 Requirements: 3 Might Runes

Level 1 Stats: Attack and Defense +2
Level 2 Requirements: 3 Might Runes

Level 2 Stats: Attack and Defense +4
Level 3 Requirements: 3 Might Runes

Level 3 Stats: Attack and Defense +6


Onslaught
Speed and vigor are the secret to victory. During the first turn, the hero's troops receive a bonus to Initiative.
Prerequisites: Tactics (1), Frenzy (1)
Level 1 Requirements: 5 Might Runes

Level 1 Stats: Initiative +1
Level 2 Requirements: 6 Might Runes

Level 2 Stats: Initiative +2
Level 3 Requirements: 7 Might Runes

Level 3 Stats: Initiative +3


Rage Control
Increases the amount of Rage that a hero can accumulate.
Prerequisites: None
Level 1 Requirements: 4 Might Runes, 1 Mind Rune

Level 1 Stats: Maximum Rage +10
Level 2 Requirements: 7 Might Runes, 2 Mind Runes

Level 2 Stats: Maximum Rage +20
Level 3 Requirements: 10 Might Runes, 3 Mind Runes

Level 3 Stats: Maximum Rage +30


Tactics
Knowledge of Tactics allows the hero to arrange troops on the battleground before combat.
Prerequisites: Bowmen Commander (1)
Level 1 Requirements: 10 Might Runes, 2 Mind Runes

Level 1 Stats: A small number of hexes are made available for pre-battle troop placement.
Level 2 Requirements: 14 Might Runes, 4 Mind Runes

Level 2 Stats: A large number of hexes are made available for pre-battle troop placement.


Training
This skill helps the hero train his troops, teaching them new battle skills.
Prerequisites: None
Level 1 Requirements: 2 Might Runes

Level 1 Stats: Swordsmen learn Smashing Blow talent.
Level 2 Requirements: 3 Might Runes, 1 Mind Rune

Level 2 Stats: Bowmen learn Flaming Arrow talent.
Level 3 Requirements: 4 Might Runes, 2 Mind Runes

Level 3 Stats: Knights learn Circle Attack talent.
