The MSV Fedele can be found in the Herschel system of the Kepler Verge cluster. This is Dr. Saleon's ship, as you'll probably already know if you previously acquired the "Garrus: Find Dr. Saleon" assignment. Taking Garrus with you is not entirely necessary, but the former C-Sec operative obviously wants to see the doctor get taken down for his crimes.
1 - Arrival
Dr. Saleon and his "employees" are on this ship somewhere. Time to reap some justice.
2 - Crazed Test Subjects
A half dozen of Dr. Saleon's test subjects have taken over the ship's cargo hold and will immediately attack when you arrive. They spew forth a green poisonous substance from their mouth when they get in close range, so take them from a distance if you can.
3 - Doctor Saleon
The insane doctor is hiding in this room when you arrive. If Garrus is in your squad, then he recognizes the Salarian as Dr. Saleon immediately. If Garrus isn't in your squad, then the doctor will initially play coy and one of your other squad members will have to speak up that "you know what sort of work he does here." Either way, you'll be forced to kill Saleon when he refuses to surrender.
When the doctor has been dealt with, search the room for five lootable containers - a hardened storage locker, a secure storage locker, a medical station, a wetware kit, and a malfunctioning object.
