Area Note

The name of this area won't ever show up on your world map, but you'll know you're in the vicinity when you hear a gong and somebody says, "I don't care who you are." (Apparently this area is in reference to a movie called Master of the Flying Guillotine, and the sounds are from the movie.)

He's level 49, but there's a good chance he'll try to run away from you, making him easy to kill. You'll find the aerial decapitator on his body.
