You'll find some low-level magic equipment on the elf, plus Yzar's Cost, a hexed helmet.
3 - Stone
The stone is 8x8 and weighs 1000 pounds. It's used in a quest in Vooriden, so unless you're planning to head over there right away, it's probably best to leave the stone where it is.
