You'll meet Cromwell in his home on the eastern side of the
Docks District. He'll offer to craft equipment for you, provided you bring him the necessary materials and also pay his fee. Cromwell's creations are well worth the price, so you should keep your eyes open for special crafting materials. All of the items craftable by Cromwell are listed in the table below.
