1 - First Pit Puzzle

The pits in the room to the north will open or close every few seconds. Luckily, the safe path through them (shown on the map above) is pretty simple. Just wait for the pit directly in front of you to close, and then follow the path out. If you step into a pit by mistake, then you'll land in the first part of the level.


2 - Second Pit Puzzle

The pits in the room to the south will open or close every few seconds, just like in the first Pit Puzzle (#1). This time, the safe path through them (shown on the map above) is a little more complicated, but it shouldn't be too troublesome. If you step into a pit by mistake, then you'll land in the first Pit Puzzle -- and then probably fall down to the first part of the level.
