All I can say is that every person can come up with a kick-ass character... any race, any class... with so much magic to had in BGII everyone is super-powerful. These characters talked about are so close in strength... what's the difference?

And to those of you who think they have the ultimate ...

Why care what someone else does?

Does someone (that you will never meet) blasting a cloudkill at a dragon really affect your enjoyment of the game?

Play how you like, play what you like and have fun doing it... end of story.

A buddy and I would like to run 2 characters through BG I before completing Bg II, however when either of try to join a game, once we enter our player names, pressing "done" causes the game to freeze and forces a hard-boot to get out.

Anyone else finding that computer AI with the "kill-the-spellcaster" profile leads to attacks on your own party?? My main way getting toasted and for the first few times I could not figure out why...

Try it out in the mindflayer section of the sewers... I did and found I was not "protected" even though the icon said so. Once I "used" it's single charge though, that descrambled my brain.

The only other thing is puzzling is that I am pretty sure I should not have had access to those actions while ...

I tried Shadow Keeper... same dolls, same shoulder pads...

Is there anyway to use the paper dolls from BG I?

I really dislike the fact that all of the BG II dolls have "golden epaulettes" or shoulderpads whatever... they look lame.

Can you change the color at least? Multi-classed mages with golden shoulder pads suck.

How come your character profile does not show the "regeneration" icon when the showrd is equiped...

Is it me, or does this sword not grant regeneration when equipted??
