When you say heal, do you mean the "Treat Injury" skill? Because there's a limit (based on your player level, I think) on how high any of the skills can go. After that, you have to use the points on another skill or save them until another level up.

Ummm, you mean Jolee? I had him with me the entire time on Manaan, and he never clears up what actually happens. He just provides commentary depending on what happens to Sunry. And Elora.

The sound probably only plays when you switch to the character or are controlling that character. Cause, when you switch characters (Tab, for the PC version), they say stuff.

You can always try setting the game difficulty to easy before starting that part of the game. I don't know if anyone's suggested this before....
