Two words: Slow Time. And run. Ghost Sword and Summon may help, too.

In my experience the easies way is Slow Time + Divine Fury, hiding in meantimes behind those stones. Most of problem is to get rid from his spawns.

For me it's just Slow Time, running down, then Slow Time + Enflame + Divine Fury (or Infernal Wrath perhaps, i dunno if there's a difference). Ghost Swords active, of course. Two things seem to be considered parts of the game: Hero Saves and trading. The last due to ridiculous loot and inability to have more than one piece of each kind of armor or weapon (so no loot trade at all).
The Hero Save seems to me meant to be exploited as well - what if you fail on a mission ...

He's usually wrong. For example, i almost always do manage to guide all 3 traders intact to Barrow Fields, altogether he always sings about one turned into a Balverine...

I stand corrected - never tried the second (wrath). Too hard and to much effort requires to be evil, never really tried. Always thought that they are two opposites for good and evil chars.
Is the Wrath able to hit knocked down enemies like Fury does? And what about Nymphs? (well. we'll see).

It depends on alignment: each requires opposite alignment to be mastered,IMHO.
