Ive noticed that you can click on various letters in the actual message but cant figure out anything beyond that, i did find a brief message mentioning END GROWL as the code needing decifered its in one of the dvd videos if you play them manualy.

I was curious as too weather the game is going to just end after finishing all quests or if when done kinda vice city style you get to roam around the game picking up random quests and hanging out in your haven
