If it's considered leather than how come my thief is unable to hide in shadows or pickpocket with it on?

A question was asked about who the group at the end of BG2 was. I suggested that it was the Cowled Wizards, but Drakron Du´Dark
didn't seem to agree. I'm just curious why he or anybody else for that matter agrees/disagrees.

I think yoshimo is an awesome thief and want to keep him in my party. I know of his little trickery at the asylum so I was thinking about leaving him behind before going to the asylum. Does anybody know if you are able to pick him back up after you get out of the underdark?

I have minsc and edwin in my party and they don't say a word to each other. I keep them far apart though. I'm not quite sure if that helps or not but I haven't had any problems with them so far.

The first time through, I didn't even know about kangaxx and never got the ring and I didn't have any problems with suldenasser. I'm actually itching to kill the fool the second time around though.

Yeah, nalia and aerie get kinda friendly. Each interaction between the two hints toward their wonton lust for one another. Or maybe that's just the sick and twisted images that pop into my head when they speak to one another.

I'm going to have to agree with quitch. Probably the only useful script is the adventurer script. The cleric/druid script used to heal people who's hitpoints are reduced to 50% is not bad either, but most of the scripts really suck.

I'm looking to buy another game, but am not too sure what to get. I really like BG2 and would like a game similar to it. Can anybody suggest anything? I'm really into RPG's, but I'm really not interested in Icewind Dale.

I'm looking through the list of short swords and it seems like all the short swords in BG2 suck. They only do +2 damage. So if you want to develop har'dalis into a short-sword-duel-weilding-bad-a**, you're kinda hard pressed for a good short sword.
Am I the only one who feels this way? I mean ...

I'm kinda curious about what the best weapon and proficiency is best for Minsc as well as Har'dalis.

I had about the same setup as you only I was fighter/thief. I dropped nalia for aerie because both imoen and aerie have a decent amount of good spells and aerie can heal too. I would also think about picking up yoshimo or jan (cuz you need a good thief) and dropping either minsc or keldorn. Just my ...
