Well, if I were you I'd try an archer, but he can be good only, so I'd go for the monk. And I'd ditch Jaheira for Anomen as well! I'd say just use your movement rate wisely and you can even win this thing. I don't have ToB yet so I don't know all the high level spells, BUT I know you can use your good movement rate and get out of their screen. then they waste protections as well as they'll have to fight each other and they'll ...

I think that a well equiped Anomen can be your Tank... in my opinion you don't need Vic.. if you like magic and you said you like I'd recommend Edwin or Aerie!!! IMO you'll love Aerie more for the magic and Edwin for the interaction...
