I found out second time around, that the tactic that worked the first time around didn't work anymore. Which makes giving instructions somewhat difficult. If you don't succeed, it's probably NOT because you followed instructions incorrectly.

There shouldn't be. When you speak to Knox the first time in the Asylum, just keep hitting '1' and you should get the persuasion and intimidation options(stats allowing). Note that if you pick wrong conversational path you will not get the option to see anything fishy in his story.

If your gfx is at 800*600 you don't get the malk font. At least 1024*768 and sliders on full detail works fine.

I didn't mean that not showing on quest list was a bug. I meant that the game might had gone wonky, and prevented the acquisition of the racy poster just because it felt like it. It has occasionally done some weird stuff to me so that I had to reload an earlier savegame.

Well, I got the picture(and poster) from VV, and nobody ever wanted it. OuterParadise said he got the VV picture from Gary in exchange to the Nosferatu picture. Dunno about the poster.
