Possession and Mass Suicide are so great though... and it's very much possible to fully level up 2 disciplines without suffering in other areas.

Down is where you want to go- specifically, a hole in the floor in one room. After that, roam around on the bottom floor until you get to some double doors, and go through them. After that it's straightforward.
At what point is leveling up a skill overkill? I see myself definitely becoming a jack of all trades and master of none!
You have to draw a line somewhere, but it's really up to you where that line is. My advice, however, is to have at least one combat stat at 10, and a ...

Bill is VERY hard to see. However, he is in the alley next to the Last Round. He's near a wall, so just go along them until you see a conversation icon.

The main reason is that 6 persuasion still won't get you very far towards the end of the game. Plus, with the XP costs that Head-e-ter provided, you can see that 2 Charisma, for example, still costs less than 3 Scholarship. It's wise to level up both of them, with Scholarship as your first priority.
They all sort of disappointed me, with the 'No Allegiance' ending being the best and the 'Anarchs' ending being the worst.
How so? They're pretty much the same thing, with some minor exceptions.

As for my favorite, it's the Camarilla. I always liked Strauss more than ...

The problem with putting points to both melee and ranged is that it chews up experience. You'll have very little left to put into defensive, social, and stealthy areas. I suppose it would be quite powerful, but all you really have to do is put the points to melee or brawl skill. Blood buff handles ...

I dunno... the caller seemed to be somewhat happy that Gehenna was coming, whereas Andrei is in a mindset to destroy the Ankaran Sarcophagus at all costs. With that kind of attitude, I don't think it'd really be an in-character thing for him to do.

You know, this whole thread just shows everyone ...

The manhole that leads up to the Ocean House is past a door, which Therese should have given you the key to. Follow the maps on the walls to find the exact location (press the use key when you're near them).
(hard choice: her life or the armor :D )
Nah, not really too hard a choice. If you let her go, then I imagine she'd still be addicted to your blood, thus causing a bunch of problems. If you look at it a certain way, taking the armor is almost merciful. :)

Bloodsuckers was good for normal thugs and what not, but against sabbat vamps and bosses it did good damage sure, but with little or no blood return it wwasn't a good investment for me. Pestilence was hit or miss most of the time.

Many things here.

First, Gangrel-Ranged isn't a combo I see often. Protean and Fortitude are both great augmentations to their melee capabilities (though as we all know, Protean makes you slow, wah wah wah). So I have to ask- on the most part, did he seem a decently powerful character?

Second, I ...

He doesn't give it to you if you:

A) Are a Tremere or Nosferatu. They get their own havens.
B) Have been a jerk to him (I haven't confirmed this one though, you may be able to mouth off to him all you want).
C) Killed any of the policemen on the Elizabeth Dane.
