I made an arcane party with 2 sorcs, cleric and a druid. I was not able to defeat the eight chambers with one guy with no gear on. So I slaughtered all the monks and took the key by force. That's a solution too

I made a few weird instant death shots. The guy had 110 hp and the damage was just 100 but he died with that one shot. Weird.

but if the sniper perk makes all your hits critical no matter if they are aimed or not.. then would there be a need for aimed shots anymore? OK then not actually a flail. It has no blade. Just too sticks with a chain on the middle. Do a google search and you will know I like to use dex much too cause it's good for AC.

Nunchakus are two sticks joined with a chain. You can roll them around your hands like crazy. It's just great fun. I just do a lot powergaming so I don't really think about stats as my own. this conversation is getting a bit offtopic please write what kind of character you have made and what weapon did you use and how was it. There is no use arguing about what is good or what bad. The game's cool anyways

Great. What other perks did you have? What was your favourite energy or small gun? If anyone has used HtH or Melee characters it would be fun to know how it turned out. How much does the Dodger +5 to AC have effect on the game?

OK I managet to beat the first Fallout and I'm starting the second now. I'm not sure if I did all the miniquests but I tried to do everything that I could find. The ending was so easy (Iplayed on normal). All the mutants died from about 2 of my shots and I didn't even get to have the sniper perk ...

Thanks again for the info. Which one would be more fun/powerful to play, unarmed or melee character? Does strength increase melee or unarmed damage? I mean it would be good for a high int/cha/luck character to use Mega Power Fist cause it doesn't require any stength so you would have more stats ...
