It is in Athkatla sewers and i can't find a key to open the door on northeast ... help me get it

1) plz someone send me a screenshot of its location (Gamebanshee doesn't help)...
2) why the hell can't my mage cast a familiar spell ? (it says : your mage must be a protogonist (i have a Kensai9/Mage)

The only problem about K/T is armor ... he won't be able to wear any armor... i guess
