Has anyone had any success getting the psycho sisters to reconcile? I've had persuasion as high as I could get it that early in the game and chosen the blue text persuasion answers every time. But every time I try eventually the persuasion answers stop and unless I tell one of them to grab the gun ...

Aside from killing everyone in the area, is there a way for a Nosferatu to do the Giovanni mission? As other clans I had no problem using high persuasion, but as a Nossie I can't even approach the door before I'm attacked!
