Weapons question

I beat the main quests a couple of times. I love the game but I have a few things I cannot figure out. First I want to know if double or triple augments on a weapon work or am I just wasting a slot. I wish they told me the damage level before I add it, but I’m still not sure how it works. What ...

I have never tried this approach, interesting. I did not know you could be in the wrong sewer system because I found it the first time and knew where to go from then on. Good advice Celacena.

Spoilers

Yes I was at level five. I made a new game and cheated up to level five auspex as well as maxed out perception just to see if it would be different. I have played the game through a dozen times honest but now I’m looking for things I may have missed. So I had to try it and see for myself ...

Yes, I think you are correct. She is the same woman, just always a step ahead of me. I tried to get a screenshot of her running but she is too fast then disappears until I see the next one. I think she is leading me to the locket but I only see her with auspex on. It was still cool to find something ...

You may need to blood buff if your lock picking skills are too low. Also remember that some armor can hinder your lock picking skill so change into your original clothes. Also when a lock pick fails it should tell you the required skill needed, make sure you can get to that level or you may need to ...

I went to the ocean house and used auspex. I could not find the woman in the closet that was mentioned before but I did see a spirit I could not see before. Here are some screenshots

Did you side/take his offer (with Boris) or just kill him? If you told him you would kill Venus you may not have the option to talk to her, only kill her. If you took his offer to kill Venus then killed him, you may not be able to do either. This is just a guess as I always sided with her.

I agree it carried the plot forward and maybe Gimble was covering himself. If you look at the wall he advertised for the photos, so I assumed that was how he lured his victims to him (once I found out he was a nut job). As a player you had extra knowledge that Carson went missing from here. If they ...

He lured McGee and Carson from the Tattoo shop. Why not try for other victims. Did you not fall for it? I did as he said to have photos made for cash. I walked into the devil and did not know it until I saw Carson. Well played I thought.

This has never happened to me. See if you can get in the elevator on the right side when you enter the room.

Edit: do what Faust said.

“What I loved about Bloodlines was that everyone from the merchant who sold you goods, to the baron who was manipulating you, was richly interesting and engaging.”

This is what set this game apart from anything I have ever played. I know little of vampires, the rules or the history, but this game ...

Orlando:
“I don't know about anyone else, but I definitely want a sequel. This is the best game I've ever played , and it would be a shame for such a work of art to go to waste.”

Mavrik:
“ I would like to see more clothing though .”

Quoted for truth.

I loved this game! It left me wanting more.
