Well, good to see nothing much has changed here. I'm just looking forward to the next 11 days off of work, kicking back at home with my DSL, and getting my "online identity" back!

Hello all... I'm sure you all missed me terribly. I don't think I've been on here since before Sep 11. WOW! It's been a while! What have I missed? Trying to read some of the posts now that I have a few spare minutes.

Wooly's has got it right. It's BIG!!! Actually, Alaska is bigger, so I will go with that for a frame of reference. I'm still not off the first dungeon level, and I've been playing quite a bit.

Equip it. Now when you right click and use the menu to go to inventory, it should have '+' next to it. Click that and the mouse pointer should change, letting you know that you are now ready to use the wands abilities. Took me a while to figure it out, but you can't just click and ...

Well, I for one am enjoying the game. It's going to be rough getting to work on 3 or 4 hours sleep this week.

Wooly, I am not even 3rd level yet with any char except my Thief, and I have found a couple nice weapons that I hit with nearly every time. Can't recall where I found them, but there is a +4 club and a 2-Handed Warhammer that is +5 against undead. I am still no match for the Skeleton Lords and stuff ...

I just have to say... I installed on Friday, and have been playing nothing but POR since without a single hiccup. No offense but, it's not possible to make a game that will work on EVERY system as you are asking for. I haven't even read about the bugs until today because I haven't done anything but ...

I received it on Friday, and if I wasn't at work right now, I'd STILL be playing it. AWESOME graphics! Haven't had even a single issue with anything. No install problems, no graphics problems (a first with my ATI All In Wonder), no sound problems, etc... So far, I am not even through the first level ...

Yes... unfortunately, I need glasses, and can't hit the broadside of a barn with my fireballs.

I pre-ordered my copy last week. Hopefully they are accurate in saying it will be out by Oct. 1. Definitely looking forward to this game.

I am glad to hear that it will be free to play. That is one thing I don't get into is paying to play, especially when I already have shelled out $50 for the game, $40-50 per month for DSL, etc...

Hey Kids... I am still alive! Just so damn swamped to be on here much, and now with so much other stuff going on (damn terrorists!!! I got a Death Spell around here for them somewhere) I think this is the first time in 4 or 5 days I have been on here.
