Anyway, to sum up - if the happennings in the game really occur as shown, and Sheriff had Chimestry or Celerity-7, our character would be dead before we would even notice there IS Sheriff to fight with :)

Lucita, are you sure Windows comes with a Python interpreter? I've never seen such a thing. Moreover, every application which uses Python usualy has its own interpreter (bittorent, openoffice etc.). However, I remember one problem from Bloodlines (or was it another Python using program, ehm ...

Actually, I've started working on an installer. However (fitting the reeasons you mentioned ;) ), I'm not sure I'll have enough time (or remember to work on it often enough), to finish it until there is, say, 3.0 patch about :) (if ever...).

And a less disk-consuming solution would be to just backup the clean-install directory to a DVD and revert to it when I wish. But, one thing in your solution needs considering, some component location paths of the game are set in the registry, so I suspect the game will use them from the original ...

That reminds me of the last time I was fighting that boss... First I engaged in hand-to-hand combat until I got his health down a bit, and at some time I drew up the flamethrower and started barbecuing him. His health started dropping so rapidly that I practically felt sorry for the poor bastard ...

Hmm, I guess there really should be an installer for the patch, so to backup changed files and revert them on uninstall. This would make getting back to official state easier and installing next patches a cleaner process...

I wouldn't say he uses Celerity. If you can see someone with Celerity 4 whooshing around, couldn't you also see him moving around the same way using Celerity 6 or 7, if you have Celerity 4 or 5?

Ah, that reminds me, it's also not a glitch but I found it's hilarious... if you jump on peoples heads you can knock them down s they fall, roll around and so. I first discovered it when Yukie was waiting for me in front of the fishmarket... I jumped down on her from the platform and she fell on her ...

So Many Vampires in UPatch 1.8 (possible SPOILERS?)

So I've installed the patch and it all worked fine. But, at one occasion, I found a lone guy behind Confession, which was just nice, cos I was thirsty. :) I got behind him and tried to feed. But, surprise surprise! "Feed attempt failed" and the guy started looking around babbling "Who's there?" and ...
