Alignment Specific Items
Warning.......In order to answer this question you would have had to completed approx 90% of the game. Thus, read no further unless you have gotten past the forgotten world.

Are druids fun??
With the right mod, yes. I always wanted to play as a druid of some kind, but always felt the kits weak. I downloaded a weimer mod that has shape shifter and druid balancing. I must say Cernd is now unstoppable. The new werewolf forms are as they should be ......really good. After all, a werewolf is ...

Question about Swashbuckler
+1 AC every 5 levels
+1 to hit and damage every 5 levels.
does this progression continue into TOB?
I am loving the idea of having +8 to hit and damage at level 40 with a +8 AC bonus.

tTy using just a pure theif. I found haivng the extra skills was super nice. He is the skill machine of my group, besides doing the theif skills, he dos alchemy and others which allows my other players with less skills to focus on one and get it high level quickly. Besides I think getting the high ...

Theif......an unstoppable meleee machine!
Has anyone else found that a theif with the right skills and feats is awsome in combat. I have a group of level 5 characters. A paladin, fighter, cleric, theif, and mage. Bread and butter for my first time through the game. During battle I tend to micro manage. While my fighter and paladin are up ...

weapon finesse??
I cant seem to be able to make a bard that can use this feat at creation. The prereq says +1 BAB, and can use small blades. A Bard can use small blades, and I bumped his strength to 12 to get a +1 shouldnt that work? I also tried putting an extra feat into small blades to get a +1, but alas, that ...

Two handed weapon and stength mod
I heard that all two-handed melee weapons have a 1.5 damage modifer to them. Is this true? A greatsword doing 2d6 damage plus 1.5 times your strength mod would do mucho damage if this is true.

Newbie to 3E and ahve a few questions
Thanks in advance for the answers,
Does a cleric wearing armor face a chance of spell failure due to the armor, and or shield?
If I start out as a level 1 paladin, then immediately multi to a fighter and rise 4 levels as a fighter, can I then go back to raising my paladin levels? What I want is to ...

I don't think that will work, but it is a good suggestion. Thanks! The problem resides in getting over all the custom .bam and grpahics files for the spells. Not only that, many of the spells have overlaping names such as there is a spell in IWD:HOW nameed spwi113 that is sunscorch I beleive. In bg2 ...

Do you know of a mod that imports IWD:HOW spells for clerics and druids into BG2?
Does anyone here know of a person that has created a mod that imports the clerical/druid spells in IWD:HOW that are not in BG2? Both Druids and Clerics in IWD:HOW have some spells that would add a lot to the fun and power of clerics and druids in BG2. It might make people start playing these classes ...

Holy Avenger +5 vs. +6 Cespenar you screwed us!
I was thinking a little about the difference between the best 5 weapons in SOA and the best 5 in TOB. I noticed that in SOA the only +5 weapons are two-handed. This makes sense as a character wielding a weapon with both hands gives up the bonus of an extra attack per round and other benefits ...

Any time is a good time. I would install it now. TOB fixes a few bugs in SOA. It really will not effect the story line in SOA at all. Doing it now also gives you the fun of being able to just keep on going after the end of SOA into TOB without having to import a party into TOB. But the choice is ...

I have a question. Druids in IWD rocked. Especially with HOW. The spells they got made them one of the most fun classes to play. Does anyone know if any one out there as imported over the spells that druids get in IWD:HOW to BG2? If so, is there any where to down load them at. I have been playing ...
