I need help getting the water chip from Necropolis and getting Dogmeat for that one dudes house...

Then go back out to the ranch and show the guard the presidental pass. Then they turn off the force ...

I'm playing one of the newer versions yet I have had the older version intill it broke. And yes... If I reload it, it still does it.
