I believe that it is the ending that you alone create for your character reguardless of clan.
The only thing that changes is the dialouge when you are of a certain clan (also what ending you wanted to experience), but the dialogue for any ending is the same reguardless of clan.

I guess it's just me... but usually on the final quest in santamonica before finding Betram, if you choose to side with one or both sisters they will tell you where bertram is hiding then you get the XP points after which the game automatically loads your game outside ...
