Also, an Ayleid ruin called Veyond, which is just NE of Leyawiin, is a troll hangout. When you get to the second level, the place is jumping with them. You'll probably be tired of trolls, before you get out of there.

Armors that look like that tend to be light armors, and not heavy. One that comes to mind, that has at least short sleaves, or maybe no sleaves, is the Savior's Hide, which you get from the Hircine daedric quest.

Another armor that looks like clothes, is the Apron of Adroitness ...

I like the dogwood trees we have here in the southern piedmont. I used to be a hiker, and April would be a good time to hike around here, because the woods would be filled with these white flowering trees.

I'd recommend the Razer Tarantula. Easy to use layout, and 10 programable macro keys, positioned on the sides. You can set up profiles, and switch from one to another. You can have the keys set up a certain way for gaming, and another way for normal computer use.

This is a case where you need to get Volvanaro's Disposition up to 70, before he will make a deal with you to find J'skar. Do you have a Charm spell or Beguile scroll?

Another way to do this is to cast a Detect Life spell to help you find J'skar (he's downstairs), and then cast Dispel to remove his ...

I'll have to describe where it is by describing its position, relative to nearby landmarks.

1/ southeast of Doomed Mine
2/ northwest of Hame
3/ just east of Sercen Camp
4/ northeast of Fort Facian

And this whole area is just south of Cheydinhal.

Considering how this quest plays out, I think Salidin54 is correct, and you don't need the ring. After going down into the well, go back to the guild and talk to Deetsan. You will probably be able to finish up the quest.

For the Anvil quest, I think you might have to rest in the room, if even only for an hour, for the quest to proceed. Did you do that before heading out down the road?

For the Cheydinhal quest, the body with the ring should be floating in the water to your right (not at the bottom of the well), and ...

The Wizard's Tower is good, because it lets you begin enchanting items and making spells, as soon as you pick up the magetallow candles to get the altars running (you buy those in the Imperial City Market District). Normally you would not be able to do this until you gain admittance to the Arcane ...

After finding Najj, you continue traveling down the beach, over a few hills, until you see a mana circle.

Did you get that far? If not, post where you are.

If you have reached the end of the beach area, then see this thread:

I'm sure that's the way it has always been for me, and that's how it's supposed to be, according to the documentation I have (Morrowind Prophecies Official Guide Book).

I know I will never see a cliff racer at level 1, but I've always played the plain vanilla Morrowind, with no mods (even though I ...

You shouldn't be seeing cliff racers at all when you are level 1. They are leveled creatures, and should only show up when you hit level 4. So something's wrong here- are you sure you're level 1?

Strange problem with an animation

I have an odd crash problem with IWD2, when I go through the character creation process. When I get to the appearance page, the game crashes. This page has the little animated character window, and I've determined that this animation is the problem.

I tried running the game using one of the ...

You can find a link to the configuration utility in you programs list, off your start menu. Or you can see it in the location where you have the game installed. Are you wanting to enable cheats? If so, check the box labeled "enable cheat console" in this utility.

If I understand what you're asking (maybe I don't), you need to increase a skill by 10 points, in order to get a 5 point increase in its governing attribute when you level. For example, if you increase Restoration by 10 points (between one level up and the next), you will be able to increase your ...

Why do you think he's doing that? Skynet makes for a good sidekick. He follows instructions, ends up with 10 action points, and he's good with a gauss rifle. Oh, and he can repair himself. That is, if you give him the best brain. You might want to figure out what's wrong, so you can keep him.
