When Rhulana reached level 6 she just stopped fighting. I don't know why. I've tried setting her on aggressive but that doesn't work, neither does setting her on shield. She won't even fight when she and my leader are challenged by the Black Amazons.

How does this work? The Walkthrough says to press X-Y-X-A "when each of the four progress bars reaches a point that is in between the two arrows". I don't see any progress bars, just a single bar and pressing X=Y=X-A doesn't do anything.

Never mind. I just found out that you delete saved games on the Save Game menu, not on the Load Menu.

How can I go back to an earlier save that's not on the screen? Additionally, how can I delete a saved game? Every other RPG I've played allows you to delete a saved game but I see no way to do it in Dragon Age 2.

I re-installed the game. That did't work. I patched it up to 1.03. That didn't work.
Then I noticed something on Origin. Something about this thing that Origin does which might interfere with some games and if it does you can disable it.
I disabled it and the game works ...

I uninstalled the program and re-installed it. Same result.
I've spent a couple of hours chatting with EA tech. support and they keep saying "try this". Nothing they've suggested has worked.

Anyone have any ideas?

I tried your suggestion and got the same result. I used Search and the system shows a treasure bag where the lightning generator is. I think it should show a trap but it doesn't.

Any other ideas?

According to the walkthrough my thief should be able to disarm the lightning generators in the Z'Hinda Citadel. My thief is level 13 with a Thieving skill of 12. When he tries to disarm a lightning generator the system says he can't pickpocket a hostile. I don't know how else ...
