You know what, after all this... I think I'm going to chose the GOOD path each time anyway..

Even minmaxing it, I can't see a lot of strengths in the EVIL powers you get.

1) Pride: Items are largely irrelevant by this stage of the game, so it comes down to 222K xp OR 20% ResistFire, 20 ...

I was tempted to play it through straight away with my party of 6 from SoA (I had completed SoA without making it to the cap for even *one* of my six characters).

But I ended up making a new character, starting SoA again and going straight through to ToB. I made it *past* the 8million xp cap of ...

What happens in the Selfishness Test if you get to the end as a Solo Protagonist?

Having read a recent thread that started on the topic, I'm curious. Can someone who knows the game better post information on what the options are at the end of SoA, and what the rewards are?

Something along the lines of:

1. Test One - "PRIDE"
- choose evil, kill the dragon, get 10% magic ...

Well, theres definitely some variance here. I just tried to cast a second sequencer, (I have both Major and Minor versions) and it simply wouldn't let me cast it.

Being quest-oriented, I used the Illithium that you get from Neb the Nasty to give to Sir Sarles for the Temple Sculpture thingo.

Now that I've already done that (and I got the "alloy" illithium-substitute as well) I want the Illithium back so I can get Cromwell to use it to upgrade the ...

Sorry, Are you telling me that if I complete SoA with 8 Million XP Under my belt (divided by 3), when I transfer this hardened character to ToB (Which I have already installed), it will CHOP my XP off at 2.75million because that was the limit of SoA ?!

Its achievable, I'm almost into chapter 3 as a FMC and I'm already 12/13/13... Makes you feel very pumped, and 5 attacks a round with a Quarterstaff+4 is *quite* effective in addition to having almost every spell in the game...

I'm really not sure what you're trying to say here.

Do you not want me to put Flame Blade in the Scripts? I'm sorry, but I tend to put almost *all* of the spells in the game into the gSeries because I can't predict what particular spells a Mage might have memorised.

That won't work I'm afraid, the BAF and BS file formats are very different, and its the BS files (from the original post at the top of this thread) that you need. The BAF links were provided for those *other* people interested in looking at my methods ...
