Given a choice, what abilities should I choose for my fighter, if I'm going to dual him at lvl 21, which means he has 2 abilities. powerattack + critical strike or whirlwind + greater ww, or any other better alternatives?

When will I actually get my special abilities?
ToB Patch claimed that u will get the special abilities when the total xp of both classes add up to 3mil. Read somewhere that this only applies when starting a new game, or will u start getting special abilities only when your second class hits 3 mil xp?

Ok guess u ppl don't really get what I'm driving at.
For simplicity, lets assume a dual-classed fighter, and forget about the cleric first. I brought this fighter to level 9, and dual-classed into a mage. Char becomes lvl 9/1 fighter/mage right? There is no HP gain from lvl 9/1 to lvl 9/9 fighter ...

Help for Mage HP bug for Dual-Classed chars
Taking for example, i have a fighter at level 9, or a cleric at level 9, and when I dual-class either one to a mage, the mage gets only 4 hp(yes, i have above 16 con) from lvl 9-10(activation of previous class).
Is this a bug or is the con bonus purposely excluded?
BTW, similarly for Jan at lvl 10 ...
