When i look at my major skills a few of them are green, what does that mean. I ask because I bought a spell that requires 50 Illusion. My Illusion is up to 53 and when I cast the spell it says "skill level too low"

My illusion skill is one of the green ones

I have finished the Mage quests, where in the University can you make spells? I only know of the place where you can enchant items.

Also how do you get into the orrery? I am the arch mage and it is still locked

I am on that dark brotherhood quest where you have to go kill the guy in the cell but you cant kill any guards. I cant seem to find any invisibility spells or scrolls anywhere. How did you guys sneak past the guards?

I would like to add one that I'm not sure has been discussed yet but I cant stand it when the NPC's dont react to you properly. For example say you have to turn a quest in to a guy who is in his house. You go in, he greets you nicely, and you turn in the quest item he/she wants. As soon as you leave ...

I am level 6 and am still using the Raimant I received as the Arena grand champion. Can anyone tell me a good place to find better armor?

In the arena bloodworks (i think thats what its called) there is a crumpled up note that basically is from a woman saying the guy you talk to to book a fight is her father. Is there anything you can do with this note?

also is it true the Umbra sword's damage will increase as my blade skill increases?

if not i will come back and get it when im a higher level

I was able to kill Umbra. I thought she would have this great magical armor and sword but her equipment doesnt have any enchantments on it other than the sould trap on her sword.

Is her armor supposed to be enchanted? If not what makes it so great then?

Ok i finished the arena and am now grand champion. My question is about that little dude who comes up to you and wants to follow me around. Is he just an anoyance or does he actually serve a purpose?

After you buy a house that is run down how do you fix it up? Are they basically places to store your excess inventory?
