Oops, didn't see that topic.
I was wrong in my first post. I only have the official patch, and not the Baldurdash one. I was thinking of BG1.. that's what I installed a Baldushdash patch for.
I've installed and uninstalled the game countless times, and I'm not sure whether this is the first time I ...

I've no idea how many times I've played this game, but certainly enough that I recently installed a couple of mods as I could sleepwalk through SoA. But one of the things that always makes me pause before skipping Irenicus' dungeon is that twice before I've found a surprise - once +2 chainmail, and ...

2HS+2 at the start of the game
I recently reinstalled BG2+TOB, and also installed the official patch and the Baldurdash patch. Just started a new game and there's a Two Handed Sword +2 in the Goblins corridor just west of the first Genie. Was this added in the Baldurdash patch? If so, why?

Multiplayer help
I have no clue how to get this working. I've been trying for both BG1 and BG2 and it works on neither. I want to start a game with my brother. We both connect to the same wireless Internet. One of us hosts the game, but then the other gets the message that says joining failed. The IP address is a ...

Does the bard-song improve stealing ability?
Whenever I play the bard-song, my Bard seems to be better at pickpocketing and stealing from shops. Is this true, or am I wrong?

Jaheira, Branwen, Yeslick, Viconia or Faldorn?
Who's the best cleric/overall healer in the game out of these five? I intentionally didn't count Quayle and Tiax because they're clearly not strong as Clerics alone. I also think Faldorn isn't in competition with the four, but she needed to be included as she's a pure Class. BTW, this is not ...

Personally, I think you have enough tank-power already, with Keldorn, Jaheira and Valygar, up until you get Sarevok. However, if you really want another tank for the meantime, get Haer'Dalis. If you want one off that list, I'd choose Minsc. It shouldn't take him too long to catch up with the rest of ...

Archers are nearly as good in melee as an ordinary Ranger. If you can't solo an Archer, then you probably can't solo any Ranger.
They have both worse armor options and weapon proficiencies and the plain Ranger is hardly the best tank in the first place. Compare all of it's advantages to those of ...

Beastmaster or Wizardslayer are the worst for soloing. All spellcasters are better for soloing than these two, unless you set yourself limits such as first stat rolls or whatever. I actually also think the Archer is a poor class to solo. I know that a few have people have done it, however I think it ...

Since you'll be using Viconia, Edwin and Sarevok it also makes sense to add Korgan. Also, I feel every game should be played with Imoen. Therefore, I'd suggest replacing Cernd and Haer'Dalis with Korgan and Imoen. I simply don't like Cernd; there are better (and more versatile) tanks and the three ...
