I'm playing Fallout 2 and right now I'm in NCR. My problem is that I can't find Sheriff Dumont. I've looked all over the place and he isn't there. Is there somthing I have to do for him to appear?

How do you put fuel in the car? I have the cells but it won't let me use them. Also, can Cassidy wear armor other than the original armor he comes with and if so, does he automatically put on any new armor you buy him? Is he the only NPC that wears armor? Ok, thats more like 4 questions

Are there any mods that let you max all of your character's ability scores when you create them and is there any way to have a party entirley of your creation instead of picking up any NPC's?

I recently bought BG1 and BG2. BG2 will install just fine but when I try to install BG1 I get an error saying "cannot find installation languages for Baldur\setup.lid" and the installation stops there. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
