Hey all, I just got this game for a couple of bucks and I'm really eager to give it a whirl.

Problem is, I don't know where to begin with all those skills and (prestige) classes. I already noticed that dual-classing isn't possible in this game (unlike Baldur's Gate), so would anyone mind giving me ...

Is the high-res patch included in the unofficial one? And how high can the resolution be set? Hope I'm not too much of a trouble, just want to get it all right in one go.
