Lol yeah with uber items fighters will kill anything, but without all that stuff, mages are great at slaughtering things. A perfect example is User's Cheese Sorceror. Almost every cheese spell in the game.

I've got some great cheese, haven't tested it though. It's kind of an extension on that Staf of the Magi invis trick. Because thieves can backstab with anything they can be proficient with (even staves), and the SotM gives invis, get a use any item to use the staff, then go behind the enemy, equip ...

You might know this one, but if you pickpocket tolgerias in business district u get 1 ring of ram, then another when u kill him in Planar Sphere.

Yeah but Finir, think of it this way, in BGI 6000 exp, or a +3 weapon was godlike. It was great when the most difficult mages cast only fifth level spells. Yeah, in Beregost 90% of the buildings are useless commoner houses, so If your rep gets too high go on a killing spree in Beregost (I have tested this myself, and it works great). Just a guess, but I think it may be talking about the Flesh Golems in the cave near the lighthouse. Afterall, there's the constitution book, and some other stuff.
