No. Because there is a lot of new items you only can get after instaling IT, and also you have the artifacts a new type of item in IT, you will miss alot if you do not install IT.
Also it is very boring to play the expansion on normal, after completing the original game on legendary, and you should ...

earth + storm is not an Oracle, spirit + storm is.

I am playing a Templar, and I was wondering if Electrical burn dmg and Elemental dmg stack.

For example if I have an item with +25% Elemental dmg and another item with +10% electrical burn dmg. Do I then have +35% dmg or how is it?

I am about to start a new char. and I dont now what build is the Strongest, conquror or a harbinger, and i am also thinking about, which one of them have the best equipment possibilities. Could anyone help me choose.
