Dude,

Just pick the class that looks like a lot of fun and start playing. Don't do the math beforehand because BG II was never meant to be a math contest. This game is the stuff of heroes and legends and stuff like that. Right, boo?

So long as you are into your character, the game will be fun ...

I powerplay at first, to get to know the main plot, some weaknesses and know the general lay-out etc.
Then i play with the alignments and characters, maybe RPing.

I would just like to say how GREAT this is to see people with a view like this.
The players i DM have NO idea when it comes to RPing properly.
I have lawful paladins trying to make allegances with undead.
Entertaining, when it turns on them, though.
Its a shame how the BG games dont have that sort ...

Is there anywhere you can find it in the 3rd chapter?

I think "Temple Of Elemental Evil" Is a little like that, isnt it?
I didnt manage to play much, as it crashed continuously.
[I did find a solution for this on these forums, thanks to the people involved! :D ]
I believe its got a similar sort of party formation as BG, but with the sort of graphics ...

i specialise in light flail, so that +4 weapon is sounding vveerry good, but how d'we get the crafting done, etc.?
