Anyone know where I can find a beljuril gem. I sold one and now I can't find it. Think I might have sold it in the assassins guid which is no more. I need it for the valhalla horn.

I could be wrong, but I think you'll always have those proficiencies and be able to use them. You don't lose any Kensai abilities. You just won't gain anymore.

DragonLance never seemed to be as popular as the Forgotten Realms were. Forgotten Realms is much bigger and broader in scope, while DragonLance is limited. But I agree with you, it would make a good game. I think DragonLance actually came first.

I believe you're asking about dual classing. I may be wrong but I think he has to be human to dual class. If your character is human, then once you dual class him he will stop leveling as a kensai and start leveling in whatever class you choose. Your character will keep all lv 9 kensai abilities ...

I used to play tabletop D&D back in the day. I had a male elf ranger that got turned into a female elf ranger with really good charisma. You really gotta watch your wording on those wish spells. Does that count Eternal?

Is it just me or is Jan's Flasher Launcher totally useless. He even has his special ability to make ammo for it. It rarely ever stuns anything that I can't kill in one hit anyway. I've got him using a +2 light crossbow. Am I missing something?

I haven't read any of the new D&D books, but I used to play D&D quite a bit. That's one of the reasons I really like the BG series so much. It does a good job of converting the pen, paper, and speech game to the pc.

I have to say the folks at Black Isle have a great sense of humor. A game hasn't made me laugh like this since Leisure Suit Larry. (for those who don't know what I'm talking about, case and point..It's been a long time)

Man now I'm thinking about getting Mazzy. Guess I'd have to give up Anomen. Such pressing issues that weigh upon my mind.

Jan is the best thief in the game and a good spellcaster at that. He's a good addition. And Anomen is not the best fighter but he's not terrible with the right equipment. I think his spellcasting makes up for his weaknesses, but he is annoying. Of course I've never had Valygar in my party or Mazzy.

Who cares. Cheat. You only rob yourself of a good challenge and the thrill of finally overcoming something that took you hours to figure out.

Like those damn riddles. Only took me a week to figure out the age difference between that prince and princess
