Yeah, it was fun have 4 random encounters the same night. The point of random is kind of lost if you can predict that every time you are outside at night you are going to be attacked. But it was fun none the less. Using all your skills (and spells) on such "trivial" non-boss fights.

If you have Item Upgrade mod, Keldorn's Hallowed Redeemer can also be upgraded to a +5 weapon with the Demons Heart. I havent seen any use for it otherwise in the original game..

Ohhkayy... After some search, found out that it is because of "Refinements" mod. The UAI HLA has been replaced by Use Scrolls for the Thief class . UAI is still available for Bards in the mod though...

thanks. thats a pretty comprehensive list. i am looking for armors that dont reduce thieving abilities like hide in shadows, move silently etc. Most of the armors, even aeger's hide, have a penalty :(
i am currently using nights gift + 5 which has no penalty and +20% to Move Silently. I want to ...

I am trying to decide on the armor I want to give to my Berserker-thief. Does improved Maevar still drop the original shadow armor or is it different?

Thrifalas: Well yeah, casting Scroll of Protection from Magic surely is the best way to beat him... it's the best way to beat any spellcaster in the game, it's kind of a freewin actually.

Crenshinibon is right with regard to the weapons as well as the ability to put more than 2 stars for a multiclass (you definitely have to be running the mod that allows you to do so).
If you have Item Upgrade mod, I would strongly suggest Celestial fury + 5 in addition to FOA and Crom Feyr...

No, he does not take the celestial fury right away. he will only after he kills you (which makes sense as he is not a thief and cant pickpocket my weapon). i probably could run away but i dont want to...

adding to Silvanerian's note- you dont get skill points for weapon specialization after every level (for example, fighter types get one point to increase their weapon skill every 3 levels)
